Tiffany J. Williams began her role at the Coalition as Program Director of NEFL Nurse-Family Partnership in January 2019 and transitioned in April 2019 to a Director of Administration, overseeing the agency’s contracts, professional development and quality assurance. She considers one of her achievements at the Coalition leading the NFP program through a nationally-recognized 90-day rapid test cycle and continuous quality improvement activity that focused on lactation consultation and breastfeeding referral practices. She describes herself in one word as audacious, living by the motto “live by the motto of “I always had the audacity to think I could, so I did.” Outside of the Coalition, Tiffany runs a skincare line, enjoys writing her lifestyle blog, documenting the renovation for her home, cooking, aromatherapy and participating in two community organizations, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and National Association of University Women – Savannah Chapter.
