Empowering women &
families in Duval County

We’re transforming birth outcomes and strengthening families through comprehensive support for women, fathers and their communities. Our federally-funded program addresses the root causes that affect maternal and infant health — from toxic stress to social determinants of health.

Community-based
family care

We support families in five Duval County ZIP codes (32208, 32209, 32210, 32211, 32277) with comprehensive care during pregnancy, early parenthood, and beyond. Our focus is helping women ages 15–44 and their partners stay healthy, reduce stress and access the resources needed to thrive.
