Through Healthy Start in Northeast Florida, specially trained nurses from UF Health Jacksonville provide free home visits to first-time moms, delivering evidence-based care and personalized guidance from pregnancy through your child’s first two years.

You may qualify for Nurse-Family Partnership if you:

Are pregnant and less than 28 weeks along
Have never had a baby before
Live in Baker or Duval County
Meet income guidelines (200% of poverty level or less)
