Each year, the Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition hosts our Baby Buggy Walk. This year’s event – Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, from 8:30-11 a.m. – is in partnership with Edward Waters University. It will be a fun-filled day for families and their little ones full of activities, prizes, giveaways and food.
We’re gathering in the Pearl Plaza parking lot near The Magnolia Project office and setting out on a 2.5-mile walk in support of raising awareness about infant mortality. Following the walk, stay to participate in our health fair, a community baby shower hosted by Rep. Tracie Davis, lunch and much more.
Whether you’re a new parent or have a growing family, this event is perfect for you. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with other families and create lasting memories. Mark your calendars and bring your baby buggies/strollers for a day of fun! Registration is free and the first 100 participants receive a walk T-shirt.
