The Coalition Contracts & QI Committee meets on a monthly basis to review subcontractor budgets, set performance measure and oversee the delivery of Healthy Start services. The Committee also conducts site visit reviews, assesses the effectiveness of all subcontracted providers and investigates and resolves participant complaints against subcontractors. All final product(s), QI Reports and/or recommendation(s) are presented to the Board of Directors for final action.
